Exploring Austin’s Botanical Gardens with a 35mm macro lens gave me the chance to capture bugs, lizards, textures, and light in stunning detail. Along the way, I also scouted unique backdrops for portraits, from arches and bamboo teepees to skyline views and rustic cabins.
